Creating a RDBMS software for the database

RDBMS,MySql and PHP based companies directory software. My Database has multiple companies and their associated employee contact records. For instance, suppose I have 50,000 company records and 250,000 employee records.

I am seeking user-friendly interfaces. My essential features are  company listing page, primary company and subsidiary company and its detail section like establisment year, machinery etc with address  and its employee listing page, Add new, delete, edit the records such as user profiles, company profile, contact profile, search functionality, department listings, company categories, etc.
In the sidebar tab can be seen company tab, employee tab, category, report tabs, user management etc.
