• We are actively building our internal hiring team, we may offer you a full-time permanent recruiter position after this project.

Project Description:
We are looking for a freelance recruiter to support us in hiring 4 candidates for 4 different roles in our digital marketing company.

You will be provided with a list of 40 pre-shortlisted candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize Google Meet interviews with the candidate and our Project Manager
• Attend all interviews live and manage the candidate flow
• Track feedback and status in a Google Sheet
• Communicate offer terms to selected candidates and confirm joining

Note: There will be only one round of interview per candidate. No phone interviews. No second/final rounds.

Once a suitable candidate is found, you can stop further interviews for that role.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi 
• Comfortable using Google Meet for professional interviews
• Available full-time for the next 7 days
• Able to start immediately
• Good follow-up and communication skills
• Work Mode: Remote
