Mint a txt file NFT on ADA test net and send to the specified address on the test net.

Hi there,

I got a quick job for a Cardano wiz.

I need a text file (.txt) with a wallet address written within the text file minted on the ADA test net and sent to my Nami wallet test net address. ( I can provide the text file so all you would need to do is mint it on test net and send it to my wallet address).

It's a quick and straightforward process. I am just a little clueless and strapped for time to do it myself.
