Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day design-related requirements of the Secretariat
• Work with BWA website vendor to deliver design-level requirements
• Prepare attractive design templates for any reports and publications
• Prepare creatives for social media handles
• Create and enhance a consistent design language and theme for the Association to be used across the organization’s digital presence as well as offline engagements
• Work together with Secretariat on compelling storytelling concepts from a visual perspective
• Develop concepts for data visualization, infographics, art or motion graphics.
• Work with counterparts as needed to clarify requirements and solve design challenges.
• Continually come up with novel approaches for users to engage with original content
• Foster an environment that optimizes for the quality and effectiveness of creative output
• Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with internal organizational partners.

Requirements:
• Experience with Design, Journalism, English, Communications, Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing or any other relevant field
• Experience in Digital Marketing/ Content Creation/Social Media Management/UI/UX or any other relevant field
• Expertise with designing tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, and/or others.
• Professionalism in daily activities
• Experience with branding and writing both marketing and interaction content is a plus
