  • All design work, content, source code, and deliverables will remain the intellectual property of FixnHour until the total payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred as agreed
  • FixnHour reserves its right to feature completed projects in its Portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

We cherish trust and confidentiality. FixnHour operates in a way that ensures:

  • All user data and communications are confidential with us.
  • Sensitive details will not be shared with third-party sources.
  • Industry-standard safety practices are followed.

Maintenance, Upgrades, or other unforeseen projects could cause irregular interruptions.

  • Error-free
  • Uninterrupted
  • 24*7 Availability

This also applies with respect to this project, even after its completion.


13. Termination of Services

FixnHour reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed or unpaid.
  • Services are misused or used unlawfully.

Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
