A Graphics & Design professional is responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate a brand’s message and enhance user engagement. The role involves conceptualizing and producing creative assets such as logos, banners, social media graphics, packaging designs, brochures, and website visuals.

Designers collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure that all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals. They utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and CorelDRAW to bring ideas to life, maintaining consistency across all digital and print materials.

In addition to technical proficiency, a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout principles is essential. A successful designer balances creativity with functionality, ensuring that every design serves both visual and strategic purposes to support brand growth and communication.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.

• Ability to create branding materials, including logos, icons, and visual identities.

• Experience in digital and print design.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing (a plus).

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
